"I am so glad that Jeff Fisher is back in the HVAC business. If you see any negative reviews on the internet, they are from the period 2014 to 2018 while he was not in charge. I had a lot of detailed questions when Jeff and I discussed my project. He was always patient, professional, and ready with practical information and suggestions. I had my old oil furnace and air conditioner replaced with a new oil furnace that uses outdoor air to feed the burner, and a new heat pump for air conditioning and for early season and late season heating. A new WiFi thermostat was also installed. Everything went smoothly and they kept working until the job was done to their (and my) satisfaction. Jeff, Jamie, Lisa and the rest were an unexpected joy to work with. They even took care of product registrations and rebates. I am very pleased with everyone’s diligent work and follow-up. I did not think a first class company like this still existed. When you need any HVAC work done (new installs, replacements or maintenance), I have no hesitation in recommending these people. PS. I know this review sounds too good to be true, but this really happened."
