Our maintenance program has so much to offer!

Extend the life of your HVAC unit with Jeff’s HVAC Maintenance Program!

Our maintenance program is catered to provide you with regular A/C and heating maintenance. The overall health of your HVAC unit depends on routine maintenance.
Regularly maintaining your HVAC unit is extremely important because it directly impacts energy and efficiency. It can also affect the indoor air quality of your home, which has an influence on your and your family's health. With that said, the health and status of your HVAC unit are critical. Taking care of your HVAC unit and system will pay off right now and in the future.

During your HVAC maintenance checkups, we will perform several services to your system that will help keep it running smoothly and in excellent condition. The list below includes but is not limited to everything we check and work on during your service appointment.

Check and adjust fan belts

Faulty fan belts can make a distinct sound. If you notice anything off with your system's sound, we will check on this by examining the fan belts. They may need to be replaced or adjusted. Doing so will help boost efficiency and save you money in the long run.

Remove rust, debris, and build-up from heat exchangers and burners as needed

Over time rust and debris can build up on your system and cause blockages. This will result in a faulty firing of the system. If this isn’t found early and taken care of damage can occur in your unit. Our expert technicians will be able to identify this problem during a maintenance appointment and resolve the issue with a cleaning and new parts if needed.

Remove and clean blower wheels as needed

Depending on your HVAC system and home use, blower wheels may need to be serviced around every 3 to 5 years. A dirty blower wheel can negatively affect the airflow in your HVAC unit, causing your heat exchanger to overheat and A/C coils to freeze. It will also reduce the efficiency of your blower motor and your entire system.

Inspect compressors and coils

Coils can accumulate dirt, dust, and mold. Coils may need to be removed and thoroughly cleaned. The functioning of the compressors should be inspected to ensure the system is operating properly.

Check oil motors

The oil within the motor of your system should be monitored. Checking the oil motors will indicate any heating and cooling issues. It's important that the motor does not have any build-up and sediment within the oil.

Correct minor issues before they can turn into major problems

Our routine maintenance includes a thorough inspection of your heating and cooling system. It’s possible we will find minor issues that we will resolve so they don’t become major problems down the road.

Check the refrigerant cycle for proper operation

The refrigeration cycle is a system in itself. The refrigerant cycle requires periodic inspection and testing. This is an important step because many times this is ignored and ends up malfunctioning or stopping altogether.

Clean indoor coil and drain pan as needed

Since the forced air is passing through the coil system, cleaning the indoor coil will improve indoor air quality. The drain pan collects condensation drip naturally produced from the system. The drain pan can become dirty so this will be cleaned and cared for as needed.
